Porsche, Ghetti and Vito do Awesome things in Spokane! November 29th & 30th.

Porsche took winners bitch, best of opposite sex both days - while Vito took Reserve Winners Dog each day!  Porsche earned two more points towards her American Championship.

Awesome's Angela Cinco De Mayo "Ghetti" handled beautifully by Katherine Cronyn (owner) goes Reserve Winners bitch.  This was both Ghetti and Katherine's first show and both did great.  Pictures to come soon!

Awesome Kids!

Well we do a lot of gun dog training and because we do we have pigeons and naturally since we have pigeons my kids have to show them at the County Fair.  William is an Intermediate and Whitney is a Junior.  Both Will & Whitney earned Grand Champion showman ribbons and Will's pigeon Polly whom he hand raised earned Best in Show in Conformation.  Great Job Will & Whitney!

Wow!  William and Whitney bring home the ribbons at the Morrow County Fair!  William took Reserve Grand Champion with Intl. Ch. Awesome's Blu Clear Skies and he took Over All Obedience Champion and Grand Champion in the Novice Level with his Shetland Sheep Dog The Awesome Teddy Bear!  Whitney not to be underscored in any way, shape or form (by her older brother) took Over all Champion Showman, Grand Champion in Showmanship and lost the sub novice obedience title by one point - but did so with awesome poise and sportsmanship.  Mother Patty is just beaming with pride!   My kids are really really AWESOME (If you don't believe me -- just ask their Grandma!)

New International Champion Awesome's Skyhi Kodiak JH NA Prize I

"Kodi" pictured with co-breeder Patty McNary.  Kodi scored 3 SG1 awards  (highest merit possible) and he took 2 best in breed puppy.  Kodi was shown by Karen Neffinegger and Patty McNary.  He is owned by Dave and Kathy Fowler.

New International Champion Awesome's Skyhi Believer - Gus earned 3 SG1 awards and earned one Best Bred by puppy award.  Shown by co-breeder Patty McNary.  Gus is owned by Thad Buchanan.

New International Champion Aweosme's Blu Clear Skies.  "Blu" earned 3 SG1 merits and was shown exclusively by his breeder Patty McNary.  Blu earned a Best in Breed Bred by puppy.  Blu is owned by Dave Walden. New International Champion Awesome's Plum Baroque "Visa"  Visa was sown exclusively by my daughter Whitney.  She earned 3 SG1 awards and was best in breed puppy with respected breed judge Patti Smith Long.  

New International Champion Awesome's Moonlight Sonota "Bailey"  Bailey earned 3 straight V1 awards (highest merit possible) and showed improvement each time she entered the ring with her ring presences.  She is much lovelier than this pictures portrays!  

 Last but certainly not least!  New International Champion Awesome California Sundance JH "Sonny"  banged up as he may be!  (Sonny tried to amputate his leg late in May) Sonny earned 3 perfect V1 awards.  We were honored by the German Judge's statement that Sonny "is a perfect example of what a German Shorthaired Pointer should be" in regards to temperament and movement.  He is my best friend and it was a joy to show him.

"Porsche"  Awesome's Point of Perfection placed 4th  in her open bitch class at the GSP Specialty Show, handled by Erin Wheelon.  Porsche placed 2nd Saturday handled by Karen Neffinegger in Open Bitch and placed Reserve Winner's bitch Sunday handled by owner Patty McNary.  picture to come shortly.  Reserve winner's placement under Judge Falberg.

Awesome Skyhi Believer "Gus"

Gus received a blue ribbon Sunday, June 22nd.  The competition was a club event put on by the Green Valley Hunting and Retrieving Club.  It was meant to test the puppies in preparation for hunting situations.  There were about 8 dogs in the class and Gus was next to the youngest.  They were scored on healing, retrieving, whoa and pointing.  Gus got perfect scores on his retrieve and whoa, but dropped two points on his healing because his handler let him drop his head a couple of times.  He pointed two individual birds and scored 80 and 83 out of a hundred.  Way to go Gus and his handler Thad Buchanan (who is also Gus' owner)We think you're both Awesome!

6/7/03 Kodi ran in the Hells Canyon NAVHDA Chapter Natural Ability Test.  Kodi received a perfect Score of 112pts and received a Prize I.

6/8/03 Kodi traveled back to the Portland area and hunted in the GSPCO Hunt Test at Sauvie Island.  Kodi received a Score of 7, 8, 8, 7 and passed his last leg of the AKC Junior Hunt Test.  Kodi went 4 for 4, passing the first Four AKC Test he entered.

Kodi's owners/trainers & Handler Dave, Kathy Fowler will now take a few weeks off from hunting in the heat to work on showmanship and Dave's fishing skills.  Kodi is co-bred by myself and the lovely Nina Sherrer of Skyhi Kennel.

6/7 & 6/8 Foxglove's Mad About you JH "Maddie" Takes winner's bitch both Sat. & Sunday Paducah Kennel Club show to bring her point total to 8 points.  Maddie was bred by Karen Neffinegger and owned by Lisa & Michael Stovall.  She is a daughter of Trevor and Mazi.

Kodi picks up two more points towards his Junior Hunt Title.  5/31 - 6/1/03 at the Multnomah Irish Setter Association Hunt Test Kodi received scores of all 8s.  Sunday at the Gordon Setter Club of America Hunt Test Kodi had very impressive scores of 7, 8, 9 and 9.   Pretty Awesome for an 7 month old puppy.  (Kodi is owned, trained and handled by Dave & Kathy Fowler).  Trevor & Auti 10/18/02

Kodi earns one point towards his Junior Hunt title!  5/24 - Earning scores of 7's and 8's from Oregon Wirehair Club.  Kodi is pictured with his "Dad" Dave Fowler.  Dave has trained and handled Kodi.

Kodi earns NAVHDA prize III on natural ability!  5/18 - Awesome's Skyhi Kodiak earns a 98 out of a possible 112 in his Navhda Natural Ability test.  Kodi is 7 months old and is the son of Trevor and Auti.  Kodi would have earned a Prize one if he would have jumped into the water after a bumper but it took an actual frozen bird to attract Kodi to the water though!  I don't blame Kodi though, it was awfully cold!

Really Awesome Week End 5/3 - 5/4

Intl. Ch. 2v's Awesome Alpha Shadow Hunter and Intl. Ch. 2v's Awesome Heartbreaker earn Junior Hunt Titles!  Alpha finished his title with 3 out of the 4 tests as Top Junior Scorer.  Alpha finished in Colorado and Pepper finished the same week end in Boise Idaho.  We think it's Simply Too Awesome!!  Way to go Alpha and Pepper!  Alpha is owned by Jonathan Paddock of Denver Colorado and Pepper is owned by her breeders Wayne and Norma Touve.  Alpha and Pepper are littermates out of Sonny and Faye.  (Click here or on Alpha's picture to see his own brags page!)
Just Awesome!  Ch. Tabor's Foxglove Endeavor CGC "Trevor" takes 2nd in Senior Veteran's Class at National GSP Specialty Show Riverside California - While Foxglove Mad about You JH "Maddie" made the cut her class at the Nationals as well.  Trevor was handled by Kris Booner and Maddie was handled by her breeder Karen Niffenegger.
